All of our products are made with 100% fresh, all natural plant-derived ingredients. Therefore, variations in color, texture and smell is not as one should expect from a commercial product, perfectly artificial!. For instance, our body powders are slightly coarser than what you would normally expect from a talc based commercial powder simply because, they are hand milled powdered petals and herbs.
The scents are slight and delicate as nature is subtle, never harsh or vulgar. We do not use SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS nor artificial FRAGRANCES, JUST PURE ALL-NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS AND IF POSSIBLE CERTIFIED ORGANIC!
As with nature, there are variations of sensitivity among people. If you are one who is highly susceptible to allergies, with grains and minerals and aromas found even in nature, please be very sure before purchasing a product or buying large quantities. Verify them first with your skin specialist. From time to time we offer samples and testers. Contact us and inquire for sample availability.
Our products are specifically "going back to Nature. The way it used to be", we use NO synthetic texturizers, fillers, silkeners, silicon's, petrochemicals, preservatives or formaldehyde! Therefore, like fresh food, once a product has been opened, it is easily susceptible to contamination and spoilage, it cannot be returned.
We will accept returns for items damaged in shipping such as broken glass or leakage, and for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. Damaged or incorrect/missing items must be called in within 3 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced.
