Dry Brushing HowTo

DRY BRUSHING is perfect for those who suffer from winter “snake” skin. It revs up the circulation, whats even better, it effectively helps to minimize and deminish cellulites! For epidermal stimulation both men and women adopt a simple yet invigorating morning ritual:
- STEP 1: DRY -BRUSHING IS PERFORMED ON DRY SKIN -not oiled, not damp but dry, before-you-bathe-or-shower skin! Using a soft- bristle natural-fiber body brush, brush your entire body; except the face (or breast if you're a woman) in a gentle yet firm circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes, working upwards. Start with the feet, between the toes...moving to the ankles, calves, knees, the legs, the back, your sides, your stomach, chest, neck, underarms, arms, hands and in between your fingers. Initially, you will have to start very gently, working your way up to more vigorous brushing, BUT NEVER SCRUB UNTIL YOU'RE RED! You will feel wonderfully invigorated when your finished, and your skin will glow!
- STEP 2 :
AFTER-BRUSHING SOOTHING-BODY MASSAGE Now pour the soothing Body oil unto your palm and massage your entire body, including your face, ears and scalp (if you plan to wash your hair that day). Do this for about 5 minutes. Next, jump into the shower and bathe as usual. All of the dead skin you just exfoliated will be washed away.
REPEAT THIS RITUAL DAILY. EVERY MORNING TO KEEP SKIN FREE OF DEAD-CELL DEBRIS! You will feel wonderfully invigorated when you’re finished, and your skin will glow! You will feel instantly rejuvenated, self-gratified and renewed!
Now isn’t this a GREAT way to wake-up the body and start the day?
